Warranty

All brand new products are sold with one-year and refurbished products are sold with one-month parts and labor warranty against defects of the products unless specified. This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or physical damage by the customers. ELinktech will not, whether expressed or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products.

RMA Return

Please fill the RMA form and get a RMA number from us before you return the products. The products must be returned prepaid to our warehouse.
